Early life
Sullivan graduated as valedictorian from Roosevelt High School in Gary, Indiana, in 1988. She later earned a mathematics degree from Spelman College in Atlanta, Georgia, in 1997.
Career
Sullivan started competing in pageants when she was young and won the Miss Black Indiana title. At age 20, she represented Indiana and won the Miss Black America pageant in 1991.
After winning the pageant, Sullivan started working as a professional dancer. She toured with hip hop and R&B artists like Keith Sweat and P. Diddy, and spent over three years touring with James Brown.
In December 1998, Sullivan joined World Championship Wrestling’s (WCW) Nitro Girl dance troupe under the stage name Storm. She performed for live audiences during commercial breaks and participated in promotional activities. Along with other Nitro Girls, Sullivan was part of the short-lived pop group Diversity 5, which released one single, I Promise/Shake Me Up. The single did not chart, and Sullivan left the group in 2001 to sign with the World Wrestling Federation (WWF).
In December 1999, Sullivan took on the name Paisley and became the valet for The Artist (Prince Iaukea). She managed him during the WCW Cruiserweight tournament, helping him earn a title match at SuperBrawl 2000, where he won the championship against Lash LeRoux. She was also at ringside when he regained the title against Psychosis at the Uncensored pay-per-view in March 2000. Sullivan made her wrestling debut in a mixed tag team match on the March 15, 2000 episode of WCW Saturday Night, teaming with The Artist in a loss to Billy Kidman and Torrie Wilson. She later had her first singles match against Tammy Lynn Sytch on the April 26, 2000 episode of WCW Thunder, winning with a DDT. After The Artist was released from WCW, Sullivan began managing Kwee Wee.

Sullivan teamed up with former Nitro Girl Tygress to form a villainous alliance and began a feud with Major Gunns. She defeated Major Gunns twice, first on the June 27, 2000 episode of WCW Thunder and again on August 22, 2000. On August 28, 2000, she lost to Tygress in a triple threat match that also included Major Gunns, but won a rematch against both women the next night on WCW WorldWide. Her last WCW match was on September 19, 2000, when she beat Torrie Wilson in 50 seconds. In 2001, just before WCW was bought by WWF, Sullivan was released from the company.
Personal life
Sullivan and Huffman began dating while working together at WCW and married in February 2005. She has a stepson, Brandon, from Huffman’s previous relationship. On August 5, 2010, Sullivan gave birth to twins, a son named Kendrick and a daughter named Kennedy.
