This was confirmed in a statement on Thursday by the Special Adviser to President Tinubu on Information and Strategy, Bayo Onanuga.
Naija News reports that the delegation of lawmakers was led by Senate President Godswill Akpabio to the meeting.
The statement from Onanuga confirmed that matters of urgent national importance were discussed and far-reaching decisions were taken at the meeting.
