Unbothered by his brother’s new change, Paul, via his Instagram page, shared a photo of himself on a jet, revealing that he is off for his Australian tour.
“Off to Australian tour 🇦🇺🇦🇺 Long trip
PERTH 👉🏾 April 25th
SYDNEY 👉🏾 May 1st
MELBOURNE May 2nd
See y’all”.
Kemi Filani reported hours ago that Paul’s twin announced on Twitter that he was officially changing his birthday to separate himself from his twin.
In another tweet, Peter announced that November 30th is his new birthday, not November 18th. The singer said it is a personal decision and he appreciates the public for understanding.
His tweet didn’t sit well with netizens, who dragged him.
Responding to critics on Twitter, he questioned why they were so pained and outraged that he cancelled Christmas. Peter further questioned why people were crying more than the bereaved and noted how it is causing more pain to many than Nigeria’s real problems. He made it known that their insults don’t move him.
Recall that in 2023, Psquare had fallen out again because of the joint funds being diverted by their elder brother, Jude Okoye.
In an interview, Paul recounted how Peter got him and their older brother, Jude Okoye, arrested by EFCC in December 2023. Luckily for him, after a thorough investigation conducted by the commission, he was declared innocent of all the allegations levelled against him.
Peter, however, denied Paul’s claims of arresting him. He noted how Paul, rather than joining forces with him to reclaim their number one spot in the music industry, chose to team up with their elder brother, Jude, to marginalise and humiliate him.

Recently, Peter shut down any possibility of the famous group ever coming back, making it clear that Psquare was done and dusted. He admonished critics to respect people’s decisions, noting that nothing lasts forever and that change is constant.
A while back, Peter announced the end of their band while responding to a tweep. Peter made it known that there is no Psquare anymore; he is his own Square. He said that Jude and Paul are the new Psquare and urged Nigerians to manage them.
The singer had responded to a troll who admonished him to kill pride and make peace with his brother. Peter responded, telling him to cry harder.
Last year, the former Psquare crooner threw a subtle shade at his family as he sent a message to the general public, stating that one shouldn’t allow family to be the reason they’re drowning in silence. He noted how he did for over 20 years, and it cost me everything. Peter noted how love doesn’t manipulate, loyalty doesn’t betray, and family doesn’t steal from you.
