The Owerri-based club occupies bottom spot on the Nigeria Premier Football League, NPFL, table with 25 points from 26 matches.
Kun Khalifat FC will square up with Niger Tornadoes at the Dan Anyiam Stadium, Owerri this weekend.
Oghenetega said that the players need a strong mentality to bring the best out of themselves.
“We all know what is at stake but the most important thing is that we need to show courage and bravery,” Oghenetega told Kun Khalifat FC Media.
“We need to have strong minds, focus and try to bring out the best results.”
