Being pastor’s daughter doesn’t limit me – Seraph’s Praise

A singer, Ayobami Adesanya, aka Seraph’s Praise, has said her father’s status as a cleric is not a limiting factor for her.

She told Sunday Scoop, “My father’s status as a cleric in the Cherubim and Seraphim Church has significantly impacted my life and career. His teachings, guidance and support have been instrumental in shaping me into the person I am today. As a gospel singer, I have always felt supported by my father, and he has never put any restrictions on me in terms of how I express myself musically.”

On what influenced her decision to become a gospel singer, she said, “I grew up listening to hymns and spiritual songs from a young age. This deeply influenced my love for gospel music, and I began singing in church at a young age. As I grew older, I became more involved in the church’s music ministry.”
