2027: KWTKRP Shifts to Grassroot Mobilization Across Kogi West, Appoints LG Monitors

The leadership of the Kogi West 4 Tinubu, Karimi Reelection Project (KWTKRP) has announced a strategic shift from online mobilization to grassroots political engagement as the Presidential and National Assembly elections draw nearer.

In a statement signed by Pastor Stanley Ajileye, issued on behalf of the coordinators, the group disclosed that it is entering a more decisive phase of its operations, emphasizing the need to translate social media support into structured, on the ground action across Kogi West.

As part of this move, the leadership has appointed strong minded grassroots political players to drive the next stage of the project.

According to the statement, two coordinators have been selected for each Local Government Area, with the mandate to oversee the emergence of monitors at the ward and polling unit levels.

The identities of these Local Government coordinators, however, will not be made public for now. The leadership explained that this is due to the sensitive and technical nature of their roles, particularly in election monitoring.

The appointments, the group noted, were based on credible recommendations, proven integrity, and a track record of commitment to the project’s objectives.

It was further revealed that in the coming weeks, individuals to serve as ward and polling unit monitors will be contacted discreetly, as the organization intensifies preparations for the elections.

Meanwhile, the leadership also conveyed appreciation to an anonymous supporter who has once again purchased 100 copies of Okun People Magazine for the group, repeating a similar gesture made in the previous month. Members interested in obtaining copies of the publication have been advised to contact the leadership.

The statement concluded with a message of appreciation to members for their dedication and sacrifice, expressing confidence that the collective efforts of the group will culminate in success at the polls.
