Zics Aloma calls out entitlement, says ‘energy for energy’ after friend blocks him

Nigerian content creator Zics Aloma has sparked reactions online after sharing his experience with a former friend who reached out after years of silence.

According to him, the individual, whom he had not been in contact with for over two years, suddenly requested a large sum of money to settle rent.

He stated that after explaining he could not provide the amount, the person responded with insults before cutting off communication.

Zics Aloma used the incident to reflect on what he described as one-sided relationships, noting that he has consistently shown generosity to friends on their special occasions but did not receive the same level of support in return.

He vowed to now match people’s energy going forward.

His words …

“One of my old friend that I haven’t spoken to for over two years asked me to give him 2 million to complete his house rent and I told him that I don’t have; he insulted me and blocked me. You have not spoken to me for the past two years and you’re suddenly billing me. My last birthday I only got one gift from my assistant, whereas I give my friends cake, perfume and wig for their birthday. This year, energy for energy.”
