Women, Lagos life inspired my album — Felizino

A budding afrobeats singer and songwriter, Felix Obadan, aka Felizino, has said that his debut Extended Play album titled, Felizino Street, was inspired by women and the lifestyle in Lagos, and is meant to stamp his feet on the music scene.

A statement sent to Sunday Scoop noted that the Edo State-born artiste’s debut single titled, Miss You, was released to mass appeal, and has so far garnered over 50,000 airplay, for both the audio and visuals.

Speaking on his latest album, Felizino noted that he expressed his artistic prowess on it with a blend of afro-fusion, based on the experience he had gained living in Nigerian and Europe at different times.

On the inspiration behind the EP, he said, “Lagos lifestyle and my experience with women is the inspiration behind this EP.

“The kind of life I lived back home in Nigeria, and the kind of life I currently live abroad were the major inspirations behind the EP.”

The four-track EP has songs such as Lagos Wise and ToTo.
