“What I would have done to Carter Efe and Portable if I had complete legs” – Actor Jigan Babaoja spills, as he declares himself the originator of entertainment boxing

Nollywood actor Jigan Babaoja has declared himself the originator of entertainment boxing in Nigeria.

On the heels of Portable’s loss to Carter Efe, Jigan explained that he promoted entertainment boxing, but his disability prevented him from using it to make money.

He bragged that if he had complete legs, he would have beaten Portable and Carter Efe.

“I promoted the entertainment boxing, but my disability prevented me from using it to make money. Mummy David, koni dafun yin on this side! Cos if I were to have two complete legs with my boxing experience! I go kpai Portable, and Carter Efe join.

I am the originator of entertainment boxing in Nigeria; know this and know peace.
Story for another day”.

In a reflection post, the Yoruba actor said that when he was young, he thought the nurse who gave him the wrong injections did it intentionally. Still, as life went by, he began to realise that if he had had both his legs, he wouldn’t have achieved all that the Lord had done for him. Jigan vowed to continue using himself to ensure that everyone living with a disability never worries or feels special.

Two years ago, Jigan had praised the living conditions in America while sharing a video of him shopping around in an electric or motorized shopping cart. He gushed over their treatment of disabled people. The Yoruba actor stated that life was more comfortable there as he bade Nigeria farewell.

Also, two years back, Jigan shared his experience with his disability in the US. The comic actor expressed excitement at the privileges he was enjoying overseas and how his Nigerian mentality almost ruined things.

Back in April of 2023, the Yoruba actor appealed to those living with a disability to make him a case study. Though not stating why, the Yoruba actor stated that there are reasons for it.

In a follow-up post, the Yoruba actor educated his children on what living with disability feels like. He explained that it was to help them fight the trauma it can cause them and to prevent them from being trolled by her friends or classmates.

While celebrating his 40th birthday, Jigan had spoken out about his disability as he stripped to his underwear to show off his body. He opened up on how it feels like living with disability to inspire his kinds.
