A DESPERATE search is underway for a missing 1-year-old girl who was kidnapped by her mother after she brutally stabbed her husband on Christmas Eve, according to police.
An arrest warrant was issued on Sunday afternoon for Ariel Monae Walters, who police said stabbed her 30-year-old husband at a park in Lakewood, Ohio, just outside of Cleveland.

Lakewood police said Walters, 29, fled the scene with her 1-year-old daughter, Choice Walters.
Authorities immediately issued an Amber Alert for the toddler and issued a warrant for Walters after finding the 30-year-old man viciously stabbed.
“A witness observed a male being attacked in the park,” Lakewood Police Captain Fran Eschweiler said.
“When officers did arrive they found our victim had been beat up and stabbed.”

Eschweiler said the victim is in stable condition.
The police captain said they’ve contacted Walters, but her whereabouts are unknown.
“We have spoken to her [Walters], she’s not being very cooperative with us,” Eschweiler said.
“We’ve spoken to some family members. And all we want to do is make sure the child is okay.”
Eschweiler said the 29-year-old mother does not own a vehicle and gets around using ride-sharing apps.
Walters has brown hair and brown eyes, is 5 feet, 4 inches tall, and weighs 180 pounds.
She is facing aggravated attempted murder charges.
