“This season will forever be special to me” – Mercy Chinwo writes as she shares throwback video of her maternity shoot, prays for TTC and pregnant mothers

Nigerian gospel singer Mercy Chinwo is reflecting on her pregnancy days as she shared a throwback video from her maternity shoot.

It is no longer news that late last year, the mother of one became a mother of two after welcoming a girl.

Still reeling on it, Mercy shared a video from her maternity shoot on Instagram, describing the birth of her daughter as a miracle. She stated that this season will ko forever be special to her.

The singer ended her post with a prayer for TTC and pregnant mothers.

“A little throwback to when I carried my miracle
This season will forever be special to me

To every woman waiting, praying, and believing God for the fruit of the womb, I pray the Lord visits you with joy and gladness.

May your waiting season turn into a season of celebration.
Your testimony will not be delayed

Lord, I pray for every pregnant mother. Strengthen them, protect them, and grant them safe and joyful delivery. May both mother and child be preserved in Jesus’ name, Amen”.

While sharing photos of herself and her daughter, Mercy stated that her life is a testimony of God’s grace, as she prayed for expectant mothers.

Kemi Filani reported in August that Mercy Chinwo and Pastor Blessed had welcomed their second child, a baby girl. Sharing maternity photos, she stated that their hearts overflowed with gratitude and appreciated the public’s outpour of love, prayers, and wishes.

Also, in August, gospel singer and her husband celebrated their third wedding anniversary. Mercy stated that it had been three years of love, grace, countless memories, and God’s purpose guiding them. The award-winning singer said God’s hand is in every chapter of their lives and cheered on to many more years of love, laughter, and kingdom impact.

Mercy Chinwo and Pastor Blessed tied the knot in a star-studded wedding on August 12th and 13th at Mercy’s hometown in Port Harcourt. Celebrities like Banky W, Adesua Etomi, Waje, Chigurl, Joe Praiz, and others.

In October, 2023, Mercy confirmed that she and her husband, had welcomed their first child, a baby boy. Mercy expressed gratitude to God for their addition, stating that her heart and that of her husband are filled with joy and gratitude.
