While Ha-Shem Academy recognises and respects JAMB’s statutory responsibility to uphold examination standards and ensure the integrity of national assessments, we consider it necessary to provide factual clarification regarding the specific circumstances under which Ha-Shem Academy Limited was referenced in these publications.
Ha-Shem Academy Limited, after the 2026 Mock Examination, had, of its own volition, formally notified JAMB by letter dated 8 April 2026,of its decision not to participate in UTME-related examination activities for this year 2026. The reason for Ha-Shem Academy Limited’s decision was well captured in the letter.
Needless to say, even then, our letter was non-combative in any manner or form. Prior to this letter, there were no unresolved issues whatsoever with JAMB, and our CBT Centre had, for several years, maintained a prime position of excellence amongst JAMB CBT Centres nationwide.
Rather than engage in genuine dialogue to resolve the issues raised in our letter, a certain official at the JAMB Abuja HQ saw it as an affront, took offence, and had a heated telephone exchange with us. JAMB, in what appears to be a vendetta targeted only at us, proceeded without justification or due process to announce, via a Press Statement, our permanent suspension from operating as a JAMB CBT Centre. This Press release by JAMB was circulated and published after our letter dated 8 April, 2026.

In what appears to be every bit a libellous and defamatory publication in various online and print media outlets, our company,Ha-Shem Academy Limited, was singled out for separate mention on the long list of suspended CBT centres. We have since instructed our Solicitors to thoroughly study the Press release as it relates to us and to advise us of the options available to us in law for seeking redress.
We hereby state and wish to assure our business partners, particularly in the Information Technology industry, and well-wishers that Ha‑Shem Academy remains a duly registered and fully operational educational institution. Our academic programs, professional certifications, and digital training initiatives continue uninterrupted, and our long‑standing contribution to education and skills development in Nigeria remains unchanged.
Ha‑Shem Academy remains committed to transparency, accountability, continuous improvement, and constructive engagement with regulatory authorities.
