A WALMART shopper has refused to show his receipt at the door, even after getting looks from workers.
TikToker RéJean Allen said, “Sorry not sorry” after breezing through the exit with his groceries in hand.

Supermarket brands like Walmart and Costco have started to implement receipt checks at the exit doors to double-check whether customers are scanning everything at self-checkout.
It’s one of the many anti-theft measures adopted by retailers plagued by the $100 billion shoplifting crisis.
Receipt checks have been slammed by shoppers who refused to wait through yet another line before they can move along with their day.
Among the critics is Allen, who explained why he would never prove his innocence in a video.
“One thing I’m not gonna do is wait in the Walmart check receipt line,” he said while walking out of the supermarket.
“That line was super long and that lady looked at me crazy when I walked right past her.
“I’m not about to let you look at my ticket for some ground beef.”
On the video, he wrote the caption, “You not checking my receipt: sorry not sorry.”
Allen’s followers completely agreed with his frustrations, and said they are also known to cruise through the exit without stopping.
“I always walk past them. Not waiting at all,” one person wrote.
Another said, “Thank you for saying this. Unless they personally stop or call me to see it, I keep it moving.”
A different user said that Walmart shouldn’t inspect people’s items unless they provide enough cashiers to assist with checkout.
One follower countered that the receipt checker is just trying to do their job, and asked why anyone would make it more difficult.
“Because I’m not standing in a line to get my receipt checked after waiting in line to get my groceries scanned like heck no,” Allen said in a response.
‘YOU HAVE A RIGHT’
Shoppers have the right to refuse a receipt check, but experts recommend complying to avoid any escalation.
One attorney has argued that signs informing shoppers of checks are not enough and that Walmart should take greater efforts to warn customers about the checkout process.
Another lawyer warned that it was illegal for any worker to touch a customer, but noted that receipt checks are legally OK.
For shoppers who are looking to refuse, Michael Bryant from the Canadian Civil Liberties Association has revealed a key sentence shoppers can use to keep moving.
“Their right is to say, ‘Thanks, but no thanks,’ and walk away,” Bryant told CBC News.
“Some people feel strongly about their privacy and, in fact, the way our laws work, that privacy and liberty is protected.”
Some Walmart shoppers have brainstormed other phrases to use on social media.
One TikToker known as Kaylynn revealed that when they are stopped for a receipt check they say: “What is my prize for you being wrong?”
Meanwhile, many others have revealed that they simply refuse the request.
Walmart did not immediately respond to The U.S. Sun’s request for comment.
