Realme Launches Realme P1 Series in India with Focus on Performance and Affordability

Realme has officially introduced its latest Realme P1 series in the Indian market, aiming to cater to consumers looking for high-performance smartphones at an affordable price point. The two new models, Realme P1 and Realme P1 Pro, have been launched with a primary focus on providing exceptional features in the mid-range segment.

The Realme P1 5G variant, priced from Rs 15,999, offers 6GB RAM and 128GB storage in its base configuration, with an 8GB RAM and 256GB storage option available at Rs 18,999. On the other hand, the Realme P1 Pro 5G variant starts at Rs 21,999 for the 8GB RAM with 128GB storage model, and goes up to Rs 22,999 for the 8GB RAM with 256GB storage variant.

Both models feature a 6.67-inch Full HD+ AMOLED display with impressive specifications, such as 2400 x 1080 resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, and 2000 nits peak brightness. Running on RealmeUI 5.0 based on Android 14, the smartphones promise an enhanced user experience through 3 years of OS updates and 4 years of security patches.

Powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7050 chipset, the Realme P1 stands out for offering exceptional performance, while the Realme P1 Pro incorporates the Qualcomm Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 processor. Graphics-related tasks are managed by the Mali-G68 MC4 GPU on the P1 and the Adreno GPU on the P1 Pro, delivering a superior multimedia experience to users.

Among the notable camera features of the Realme P1 series are the 50MP Sony LYT600 primary sensor and a 2MP secondary sensor, with the P1 Pro also including an 8MP portrait sensor. For selfies and video calls, there is a 16MP front-facing camera on both variants.

For extended usage, both the Realme P1 and P1 Pro come equipped with a large 5,000 mAh battery that supports 45W SUPERVOOC fast charging.
