The police have successfully apprehended a quack doctor who was found in possession of a fake certificate from Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU). The suspect, whose identity has not been disclosed, had been practicing medicine without the necessary qualifications and had been deceiving patients into believing he was a licensed professional.
Authorities were alerted to the situation after receiving complaints from several patients who had been treated by the fake doctor and had experienced adverse effects from his treatments. Upon further investigation, it was discovered that the suspect had obtained a forged OAU certificate and had been using it to gain employment at various medical facilities.
The police have assured the public that they are taking the matter seriously and are working to ensure that the fake doctor faces appropriate consequences for his actions.

A fraudulent medical practitioner recently confessed to carrying out surgeries and creating fake certificates from Obafemi Awolowo University and the Medical and Dental Council.
He was taken into custody by the Zonal Anti-Piracy Unit, under the leadership of the Assistant Inspector General of Police in charge of Zone 2 Command, Onikan Lagos.
