OAP Do2dtun challenges Dbanj to a boxing match, vows to beat him up

On his 40th birthday in 2024, the OAP topped headlines when he told a DJ not to play Dbanj’s songs at his party.

Addressing the backlash he received, he said if he wanted to chase clout, he would use the big 3. He noted that it is his party and he is the one to set the rules. Do2dtun noted that he hadn’t seen his kids yet, people expected him to listen to his former brother-in-law’s songs.

Recall that Do2dtun had reflected on his life and all the difficult times he has been through, which Dbanj was a part of the difficult times Do2dtun reflected on.

He had mentioned in the past that D’banj had frustrated him when he was fighting the custody battle for his kids with his ex-wife. He reminded D’banj how he stood by him when he tragically lost his only son and how he attended the burial with his then-wife when D’banj couldn’t.

Do2dtun expressed bitterness over how D’banj was repaying him by using his kids as an instrument of discord and wickedness.

Following this a Court in Abuja restrained him from posting defamatory posts against D’banj, on social media or any other platform and also ordered the Deputy Inspector of Police, Force Intelligence Bureau, to investigate a criminal complaint brought by D’banj against Do2dtun.

Reacting to it, Do2dtun stated that the singer was using a power game over him as he knew nothing he had said publicly was false.

Recall that Do2dtun’s wife, Omotayo, who is the younger sister of Dbanj, filed for divorce from him after almost 9 years of marriage over forced abortion, domestic violence, and emotional abuse.

Do2dtun had dragged his ex-wife and her family for denying him access to his daughters, with videos and evidence to support his claims. His ex-wife eventually released a statement, promising to grant him access to the kids. Unfortunately, her words were all lies as Do2dtun revealed that his daughters had been flown abroad for months without his knowledge.
