The Nigerian Content Development Monitoring and Development Board (NCDMB) has received $1million Return On Investment (ROI) fund from NEDOGAS Development Company Limited (NDCL).

The fund from the Delta State-based company, is part payment of ROI for NCDMB following its earlier investment in NEDOGAS, the NCDMB stated on Monday when it received in audience, Emeka Ene, Chairman of NEDOGAS at the Nigerian Content Towers in Yenagoa, Bayelsa State.

According to the Executive Secretary of NCDMB, Engr. Felix Omatsola Ogbe, the purpose of the visit by NEDOGAS was to share their journey so far and future plans with the Board as well as to seek more partnership and support.

Engr. Ogbe in his remarks applauded and commended NEDOGAS for the good work done so far, and assured them of the Board’s partnership and continued support to expand the frontiers of business opportunities in Nigeria’s Oil and Gas industry.

The NCDMB boss further described the partnership with NEDOGAS as one of its most successful partnership stories. He noted that what the company has done in Kwale, Delta State, can be replicated in other states/regions where gas flaring persists.

In his remarks, NEDOGAS Chairman commended NCDMB for impacting the Oil and Gas industry, and the Nigerian economy by direct intervention to sustainably grow the gas industry.
