THE MOSCOW terror suspects gave false confessions about orders received from Ukraine after enduring sick torture by Putin’s secret service cronies.
One of the suspected ISIS shooters had his genitals electrocuted – a barbaric interrogation method dubbed “Calling Putin” – after the massacre that killed 145.

Disturbing footage shows FSB officials dragging bogus confessions from the men in order to ‘prove’ Ukrainian involvement.
Kremlin state TV splashed clips of the interrogation on screens across the nation after multiple failed attempts to pin the attack on Kyiv.
The four tortured suspects appear with glazed expressions or closed eyes, give monotone matching answers and reel off short responses that sound scripted.
ISIS claimed responsibility outright for the concert hall massacre in March and the suspected shooters were abused by Kremlin officers.
Russia brazenly shared footage of this – showing Shamsuddin Fariddun writhing around on the floor with a wire connected to his genitals.
He was filmed foaming at the mouth and gritting his teeth in pain during the “Calling Putin” torture method.
Another suspect, Saidakrami Rachabalizoda, had his ear cut off and fed to him in a disturbing clip shared online.
All four of them have now been splashed on state TV delivering the spookily similar ‘confession’ about orders they’d been given.
They tell FSB interrogators that a mysterious man called Saifullo had ordered the attack, ordering them to flee to Ukraine for payment afterwards.
He supposedly promised them over £8,500 for the job once they crossed the border.
The tortured detainees – who all appeared bruised and beaten in a Russian court – parroted the same lines about orders and payment during interrogation.
Their bogus confessions have added to suspicions that former spy Putin orchestrated the attack in order to further his own sick agenda against Ukraine.
Russia expert Dr Yuri Felshtinsky told The Sun that the attack didn’t bear the marks of a true ISIS ambush and it could’ve been an inside job.
He even explained that it may be the Kremlin’s attempt to reintroduce a death penalty, which they could use against Ukrainians.
Scripted confessions
The suspects answer FSB questions with matching information, staring at the camera with glazed expressions and talking in monotone voices.
Rachabalizoda, whose ear was cut off by a Russian officer, said: “Saifullo told us to go to Ukraine, Kyiv, and there was another 1 million roubles waiting for us.”
Fariduni, subjected to the sick “Calling Putin” torture, said they were told to go towards the border.
He claimed Saifullo told them: “Abandon your car and call me, I will help you further.”

He added: “Saifullo says, ‘Call me, then I’ll tell you what to do’.”
Muhammadsabir Fayzov was also filmed in the interrogation room, his eyes wide open and unblinking.
He said: “I went towards Kyiv, where we were to be given 1 million roubles each.
“Saifullo said that there would be a Ukrainian border guard waiting for us there.
“[He] would help us cross to the border and get to Kyiv.”
The fourth suspect, Dalerjon Mirzoev, was asked: “What were your other plans after the terrorist attack?”
“Towards Kyiv,” he replied.
“Who gave you the orders?”, interrogators asked, to which he said: “Saifullo”.
Channel One, the state channel that broadcast their confessions, said the four suspects’ phones had “fallen into the hands of the investigation”.
It claimed the phones backed up their bogus confessions over links to Ukraine.
“The information obtained from them shows that the fugitives received instructions from their handler Sayfullo until the last minute,” said the channel.
“Two corridors were being prepared for terrorists at once,” it went on.
“Our special services recorded the de-mining activity of the [Ukrainian army] near the border villages of Chuikovka and Sopych in Sumy region.
“These places are remote, dense forests.
“From the nearest Russian settlements to the border is not more than four kilometres.
“Here the terrorists had to burn cars and walk on foot on the commands of the same Saifullo.”
Attempts to blame Ukraine
The elaborate story about Ukrainian involvement follows weeks of failed attempts by Putin to pin blame on Kyiv for the attack.
Four shooters opened fire inside the concert venue in Moscow on March 22, killing over 130 people that night and injuring hundreds more.
ISIS-K claimed responsibility, releasing a sick video from inside the concert hall.
Russia first claimed Ukraine was behind it just hours later, suggesting the gunmen tried to flee there for refuge.
Mad Vlad said the massacre was an “act of intimidation” committed by those who would “benefit” from destabilising Russia.
He called it “part of Kyiv regime’s attacks on Russia”, and suggested Zelensky’s government ordered it themselves.
The ageing dictator later doubled down, raging that the shooting was linked to “a whole series of events by those that have been at war with our country since 2014 by the hands of the neo-Nazi Kyiv regime”.
Critics have said the four men were much more likely heading to Belarus.
And the international community rapidly condemned his wild accusations as Zelensky himself called Putin a “low-life b*****d”.
Putin’s chief crony and Russian security chief Dmitry Medvedev has said the Channel One ‘confessions’ show the massacre was not ordered by ISIS.
He addressed the West in a deluded rant, saying: “Terrorists stating they were promised one million roubles in Kyiv, and that to get there they were to go through a gap in the Russian-Ukrainian border was not enough for you?
“So the attack was ordered by ISIS, right?
“The real employers are the Ukrainian Bandera b*******, your fosterlings.”
In a snarling accusation, he even accused Western leaders of being “accomplices”.
“And the accomplices to this murder are all of you – Biden, Macron, Sunak, Scholz and other henchmen. We won’t forget that.”
The claims have been mocked by Ukraine as another attempted false flag operation.
