Kaestrings’ wife, Victoria slams critics dragging her over use of husband’s name

Victoria Innocent, wife of gospel singer Kaestrings, has spoken out against criticisms surrounding married women adopting their husbands’ names.

Sharing her experience, Victoria recounted a phone conversation with a woman who questioned why she introduced herself as “Mrs Kaestrings” instead of using her first name.

According to her, the woman suggested that constantly identifying with her husband’s name could make her lose her identity.

Reacting to the comment, Victoria dismissed such views and questioned why some feminists appear uncomfortable with women publicly honoring their husbands.

She maintained that bearing her husband’s name does not make her less of a woman or diminish her individuality.

“I was on a phone with this certain lady and I was like Hi, this is Mrs Kaestrings she then goes to say Ah ah Victoria is that you? You are supposed to say it is Victoria, why are you saying Mrs Kaestrings. You have your name, you have your identity. You don’t have to go over using your husband’s name so you don’t lose yourself.

End time feminists you people should avoid me. Leave me alone. How does bearing my husband’s name make me less of a woman? How does it relate. Am I not Mrs Kaestrings?

Why are feminists so pained when a woman is honouring her husband. They feel you’re being w£ak. Please you people should avoid me….”
