Iyabo Ojo stirs trouble as she challenges Lizzy Anjorin to a boxing fight

Recently, the controversial actress had accused Iyabo of having a hand in the death of upcoming singer, Destiny Boy.

Seemingly responding to her on TikTok Live, Iyabo told her fans to let the actress be, saying Lizzy needs help and medical treatment. She noted that Lizzy had changed from the sweet personality she once had to someone who is troubled, and questioned where her troubles began. She expressed disappointment that Lizzy’s husband hadn’t learned enough to take her to a mental home.

Similarly, Iyabo’s partner, Iyabo’s partner, Paulo had called for a boxing fight between the two and promised to give the winner N10m.

Recall that for over two years, Iyabo and Lizzy have been at war. Iyabo had shared a video where she was mimicking and mocking Lizzy humorously. Lizzy, who was offended went on to reveal some intimate details about Iyabo, accusing her of promiscuity.

Following the allegation, Iyabo threatened legal action against Lizzy, demanding a public apology or risk paying N500 million for her libellous publication.

In 2024, a Lagos court had dismissed the N1billion defamatory lawsuit Iyabo filed against Lizzy. Lizzy reacted to the news by slamming Iyabo.

The judge presiding over their case had played a mediator between the two as he reconciled the actresses. Confirming it to the press, Iyabo stated that the judge gave both of them motherly advice to stop fighting and cursing each other on social media and embrace peace.

Following the court verdict, Iyabo, in an Instagram live, alerted the public to hold Lizzy responsible should anything happen to her or her kids. She noted that she isn’t friends with Lizzy and doesn’t owe her any loyalty.

Early last year, Iyabo had called out Lizzy over her constant harassment and bullying. She noted how the controversial actress continues to target her loved ones, and warned her for the last time.

The partner of Paulo Okoye had spoken out on Lizzy’s attack on her family, especially her grandson. She admitted that she struggles to hold her peace, but she had to ignore the distractions, expressing assurance that her legal team isn’t sleeping and is taking notes of everything.

On Lizzy’s wedding anniversary in July, she claimed that since she married in 2020, Iyabo had made life unbearable. She claimed that Iyabo hired someone to record her husband’s private moments, forged a death certificate using it for donations and Facebook monetisation, and jumped from one blog to another, trying to ruin her marriage and business.
