The movie star, who has been gearing up for the big day, shared breathtaking photos of herself as she noted how she has been waiting to enter the 4th floor.

Adesua urged her fans to thank God on her behalf, as He has preserved her life, and she is now more aware of it than ever. The mother of two said she is forty, blessed, loved, confident and fine.

Kemi Filani reported on her birthday eve that she had shared a throwback photo of herself on a bike, revealing that she is celebrating the last day of her 30s. Expressing excitement over turning 40, Adesua said she has been counting down to it for years.

In her comment section, she noted how many were in disbelief over her age. Adesua noted that she has always stated her age in interviews, questioning why people don’t believe her.

Two years back, while celebrating her birthday, she recalled the trials she faced. She recounted how she battled hyperemesis, was admitted to the hospital, her husband underwent cancerous tumor surgery, and she had an emergency C-section.

Last year, Adesua had shared her testimony after escaping death. In a series of Instagram posts, she revealed that she could have lost her life, but God saved her. She disclosed that she went through a horrific incident that landed her in unplanned surgery in the UK, but God saved her.

On Mother’s Day, Adesua had reminisced on her painful journey to motherhood. She recalled the emergency C-section, sleepless nights, birth constipation, endless bleeding, cracked nipples and more, which she endured. Adesua stated that despite the pains and challenges, she will do it again for her sons and will do anything for them.

While reacting to the story of a woman who killed herself after battling hyperemesis gravidarum, Etomi expressed her frustration over people not understanding how serious the condition is. She appreciated her husband, doctors, family, and friends for rallying around her.
