Nigeria’s ICT company, ipNX, has recognised employees who have spent between 10 and 35 years with the organisation, highlighting their contributions to the company’s growth and operations.

The Long Service Awards Ceremony, held in Victoria Island, Lagos, brought together award recipients and company executives to honour employees who have completed 10, 15, 20, 25, and 35 years of service.

Speaking at the event, according to a statement from the firm on Thursday, the Group Managing Director of ipNX, Ejovi Aror, commended the award recipients and reflected on their role in the company’s development.

“Today is more than a celebration of years served; it is a celebration of belief, perseverance, and the extraordinary impact that committed people can have when they dedicate themselves to a shared vision.

“Every one of you being honoured today represents the values that have sustained this organisation through every challenge and every milestone. Your loyalty has helped build not just a company, but a legacy. We are proud of what we have achieved together, and even more excited about the future we will continue to create together.”

Aror, who has spent more than 35 years with the organisation following his transition from Telnet Nigeria, also spoke about career progression within the company.

“When I joined this organisation, I did not know anybody, and that is why I always say you can rise to the top in this organisation through hard work and dedication. You do not have to be a special candidate or be recommended by anyone. If you consistently deliver excellent results, your performance will speak for you, and in time, you will rise to the top.”
