Nigerian media personality Patrick Doyle has broken his silence following the passing of his newborn daughter.

Kemi Filani reported earlier that the couple had welcomed their first child, a baby girl, Omayinuwa Mayen Harriet Doyle. He disclosed that his wife and their newborn were doing well, and he was overwhelmed with joy and gratitude to God Almighty.

In a sad news on his Facebook page, he announced that his newborn baby had passed away. He said her stay was short, but it brought great joy, and he wished she had stayed longer.

In a video on his Facebook page, he shared how he has gone through a lot with the deaths of his loved ones. The ex-husband of Ireti Doyle said he knows the pain of losing a beloved wife, the heartbreak of burying a son and now the fresh wound of laying to rest a child born a few days ago.

The actor shared how he has anchored his faith in God while grieving the loss of his newborn.

Patrick isn’t the only entertainer who has lost a child.
