During an appearance on The Honest Bunch Podcast, he questioned why people label him an ‘Olodo’, noting how he has achieved a lot for his age. He boasted about his achievements, which include multiple houses, being married, and holding a 10-year Canadian work permit.

The father of seven revealed that he didn’t finish school because of finances. According to him, he gained admission to Kwara Polytechnic to study Business Administration, but had to drop out.

Portable said he had to hustle by selling pure water and didn’t find a sponsor. The singer said his father sent his siblings to school, yet they are still without government jobs. He said that despite dropping out of school and being the only one in his family who didn’t graduate, he is still the breadwinner, feeding them all.

The controversial singer argued that despite his success and international opportunities, some people still belittle his intelligence.

“I no finish school; the time wey I dey go school, I sell pure water. I no see anybody to sponsor me. I will still finish school; I be be student of Kwara Poly. My papa send my brothers and sisters go school, na me be Olodo, but now, na me dey feed all of them”.

Portable stirred the internet with a collection of his cars. He shared a photo of his car trucks, declaring himself the new Sango version of Donald Trump.

In a past interview, the controversial singer revealed that he has 20 cars, including a Range Rover and a G-Wagon. The singer further revealed that he has 10 mansions and is building a hotel. He added that though he might live in the trenches, he doesn’t live a trenches life or a fake lifestyle.

The street singer bragged about the success of his music on all streaming platforms. He noted that his haters are always looking for his trouble. Throwing shots at an unidentified person, he stated that a successful person doesn’t beg people to download songs, as his songs would do the talking.

Portable gained widespread popularity after the release of his song “Zazu Zeh” in December 2021, where he featured rapper, singer, and songwriter Olamide and dancer Iwe Pascal, better known as Poco Lee.
