The Delta state police command PRO, Edafe Bright, has given clarity with regards to the whereabout of the remains of 28-year-old man, Mine Ogidi, sh@t de@d by police officer in Uvwie last Sunday, April 26.

Earlier today, activist., Harrison Gwamnishu, claimed the family has no idea where his remains are. He asked if the officer who shot him de@d, ASP Nuhu Uman, threw his body in a river or buried it in a shallow grave.

In a post shared on X, Edafe said the body of the deceased is in the morgue and that the family is aware of this. He stated that the police i yet to release the body because an autopsy needs to be carried out on it.
