Everyone can see the field of Christmas trees – but if you spot the one with a star in 10secs you may have 20/20 vision

You may have the eyes of a hawk if this brainteaser-illusion combination does not stump you.

In the spirit of the holiday season, this perception-oriented test requires you to spot the one tree of many that has a star atop its top.

What might seem like a simple task is made difficult by the colors included within the frame.

Most of the trees have some form of decor dressing them in tones of red, white, gold and blue.

The gold of the star is all the more difficult to find among the sea of festive colors.

Unlike many other tests, there is no time limit to finding the star; instead, the challenge is spotting it, tiny as it is.

Be sure to focus your eyes and plan; disallow your attention to wander away from the tree’s tops as there is no trick, the star is in full view atop a tree.

The search and find’s creator did not make the hiding place obvious, so here is a hint:

What you seek is not front and center, but rather off to the side out of direct sight.

A star shining bright might be on top of a tree, but the tree it’s on top of is not on top of the image.

Amid a group of five trees along the picture’s border is a pine crowned with the glowing star you have been searching for.
