Fulham winger Willian has backed incoming Chelsea manager Mauricio Pochettino to succeed at Stamford Bridge.
Pochettino will take charge of Chelsea at the end of the season, replacing caretaker manager Frank Lampard at the west London club.
However, Willian, a former Chelsea player, believes the Argentine has everything at his disposal to be a success at the Blues next season.
“[Mauricio Pochettino] is a great manager,” Willian told Stadium Astro.
“He did a great job while he was at Tottenham, and he has everything to succeed.
“I think the team has quality players.”
