DRAKE’S security guard has been hospitalized after being shot near the rapper’s home, reports say.
Cops swooped on the plush neighborhood of The Bridle Path in Toronto, Canada, early on Tuesday morning.

The security guard, who hasn’t been named, was badly injured, cops told CBC Toronto.
He was shot in the chest and was reportedly unconscious when police arrived at the scene.
The guard, 48, has since undergone surgery, according to reports.
Preliminary evidence suggests the attack was a drive-by shooting, police said.
But officers said that Drake was not caught up in the gunfire.
Cops said that the suspect fled the area in a car.
Police have not shared any details about the suspect or any description of the vehicle.
Investigators would not say if Drake was home at the time of the shooting but said that his team is cooperating with authorities.
Police have been pictured at the scene and have sealed off an area.
The investigations remain ongoing.
The Bridle Path is the wealthiest neighborhood in Canada and has been dubbed Millionaires Row.
Homes have been listed on real estate websites for more than $10 million.
Drake’s sprawling mansion is dubbed The Embassy, and he said the condo had to be not only timeless but strong, per Architectural Digest.
The home is believed to have cost Drake $100 million.
He revealed his favorite part of the home is his master bedroom suite.
Drake said the room allows him to decompress from the outside world.
“The bed lets you float, the shower lets you escape and gather your thoughts, and the closet makes you want to talk to yourself while you’re getting dressed,” he said.
The property is home to an NBA-style basketball court, designed by Ferris Rafauli, and the bathtub was made using black marble.
A memorabilia section near the court is home to the jerseys of iconic stars such as LeBron James, Kobe Bryant, and Dennis Rodman.
News of the shooting comes as reports emerged that Drake and the rapper Kendrick Lamar’s feud has escalated in recent weeks.
The artists have used their music to hurl allegations against each other.
Lamar’s new track Meet the Grahams, which contains Drake’s surname, dropped last weekend.
And Drake appeared to hurl jibes at Lamar in his Family Matters track that hit the airwaves earlier this month.
