Davido’s wife, Chioma, taunts haters as she shares video of her living her best life with her girls amid Coachella criticisms

Chioma Adeleke, the wife of music star Davido, is quite unbothered by the criticisms she got over her look at Coachella.

Kemi Filani reported during the weekend that the mother of two made her debut at the prestigious music and arts festival at the Empire Polo Club in Indio, California.

In clips that went viral online, the power couple, who wore matching cowboy-themed outfits, were seen making their entrance to the event, all loved-up.

Chioma’s look sparked lots of criticism online, with many mocking her outfit and massive derriere.

Unbothered by their critics, the wife of Davido shared a video of her living her best life with her girls. In the clip, she and her friends were captured in their bathing suits as they showed off their twerking and dance skills.

In February, Davido and Chioma had attended the 68th Grammy Awards held at the Crypto Arena in Los Angeles. Chioma, who was making her debut at the prestigious event, wore a sheer dress, which social media users disapproved of.

Following her appearance at the Grammys, a fan criticised Chioma for the sheer dress she wore, urging the celebrity wife not to repeat it. Surprisingly, Chioma fired back, letting her know she would repeat the outfit.

Governor’s aide, Ossai Ovie Success, had reacted to her choice of outfit, expressing disappointment in her. He stated that she shouldn’t have gone half-naked, as she didn’t represent Nigerian culture well.

In 2024, the famous celebrity wife, was the subject of discussion over her slender appearance while taking a walk around her neighborhood. The mother of two had first sparked concerns at her twins’ birthday when netizens noticed her sudden transformation, as she had shed a lot of weight and was looking slimmer.

During her birthday, Chioma created a buzz online over photos from her birthday shoot. The viral photos left many slamming her makeup artist for over-editing her pictures.

Recall that on Sunday, August 10th, 2025, Davido and his wife, held their white wedding ceremony in Miami. The likes of Dangote, Osun State Governor Ademola Adeleke, Obi Cubana and his wife, Dbanj and his wife, Uche Jombo, Zlatan and wife, and more were in attendance.

During an interview at her with bridal shower, Chioma said that, contrary to reports, Davido cares about dreams and was always asking what she wants to do.
