The Chhattisgarh Board of Secondary Education (CGBSE) is anticipated to announce the results of Class 10 and Class 12 examinations in the second week of May 2024. While the exact date is yet to be confirmed officially, media sources suggest that students can expect the outcome soon.
According to reports, candidates will be able to access their mark sheets on the official websites cgbse.nic.in or results.cg.nic.in by entering their exam details, including roll number, registration number, and date of birth once the results are declared.
The Class 10 and Class 12 board exams conducted by the Chhattisgarh Board took place from March 1 to March 23 this year. The Class 10 exams were held between March 2 and March 21, while the Class 12 exams occurred throughout the entire period.
Last year, the pass percentage for Class 10 students in Chhattisgarh was recorded at 75.05%. Out of the total 337,569 registered students, 330,681 appeared for the exams, with 247,721 successfully clearing the tests. The results included 109,903 students in the first division, 119,901 in the second division, and 17,914 in the third division.
For Class 12 students, the pass percentage in the previous year stood at 79.96%. Out of 328,121 registered students, 323,625 appeared for the exams, and 258,500 students passed. Notably, students also received bonus points for their participation in extracurricular activities during the examination year.
