Leeds, Southampton, West Brom and Norwich are the four Championship clubs that will fight for the final spot in next season’s Premier League.
Leicester City, who finished top of the league, won automatic promotion to the English topflight along with Ipswich Town, who beat Huddersfield on Saturday.
Leeds will now face Norwich in the first play-off semi-final, while Southampton take on West Brom.
The semis will be played over two legs, home and away, with extra-time and penalties required if the scores are level.
