The petition, filed by legal representatives on behalf of social commentator Verydarkman, calls for a thorough investigation into the public statements and activities of the influencer.
According to the document, concerns were raised over a series of claims made across social media platforms, which allegedly attracted widespread public attention and engagement.
The development comes amid controversy surrounding claims about the serious health condition that had previously generated sympathy and support from members of the public.
Verydarkman stated that he had personally shown support during the period, despite facing his own financial challenges at the time.
