Bitget and Bondex are in partnership to connect Web3 learners with global jobs as “a bridge the industry’s been missing”.

Ignacio Palomera, Co-Founder of Bondex, said in a statement on Tuesday, “Most young people trying to break into Web3 hit the same wall: they take a course, then have no network, no verified credentials, and no clear path to a job,” describing the primary hurdle facing the next generation of digital talent.

In a strategic move to dismantle this barrier, Bitget, the world’s largest Universal Exchange, has officially launched its Blockchain4Youth Learning Hub: Semester 1, an initiative designed to transform theoretical blockchain knowledge into tangible professional opportunities. The programme marks a shift from general awareness to career-ready certification, providing students with a verified credential that signals competency to potential employers.

By integrating structured education with professional networking, the initiative aims to provide a standardised pathway for the more than 15,000 young people already engaged with Bitget’s broader youth programmes.

Central to this mission is a new partnership with Bondex, the professional network behind web3.career, which will allow certified learners to move directly from the classroom to the interview room.

“Interest alone does not always show young people where to begin,” explained the Chief Marketing Officer of Bitget, Ignacio Franco. “The Learning Hub is about making that first step feel more real by giving learners knowledge, recognition, and a better sense of where this path can lead. When young talent can see opportunity more clearly, they are more likely to believe they belong in the future of this industry.”

The synergy between the two firms creates a streamlined pipeline for talent. Students who complete the curriculum and pass their assessments receive a Certificate of Completion, granting them priority status within the B4Y Talent Alliance. As Palomera noted, the collaboration is designed to be the final piece of the puzzle for aspiring developers and builders.

“Blockchain4Youth and Bondex fix that. Finish the programme, build a verified profile, be discovered in the Bondex trusted talent pool, and apply directly to companies hiring on web3.career,” he said.

Through this ecosystem, Bitget continues to transition from a digital asset platform to a core architect of the future Web3 workforce.
