“A warrior was born” – Bolanle Ninalowo celebrates son, Keyo, as he turns 18

Nollywood actor Bolanle Ninalowo is celebrating his son, Keyo, as he turns 18 today, July 2nd, 2026.

Taking to his Instagram page to share a video collage of his mini-me, Bolanle noted how 18 years ago, a little warrior was born.

“18 years ago today, a little warrior was born.
Happy 18th birthday, son”.

While sharing a video of his son processing his admission into the University, the talented actor expressed pride in him, as he welcomed him to the beginning of his new chapter.

Last month, Ninalowo had celebrated his son as he graduated from High School. He expressed pride in the young man his son is becoming, noting that, through every challenge, he has remained strong, focused, resilient, and full of heart.

To celebrate his graduation, he gifted his son a brand new car. The father of two shared a video of his son with his new whip as he welcomed him home.

In 2024, Bolanle had gifted his son a Corvette Sports car for his 18th birthday. The actor took to his Instagram page to share a video of his son, Keyo, admiring the car, as he stated that though the car is expensive, he will continue to play his fatherly role in his son’s life.

Bolanle shared a screenshot of the sweet and prayerful message he received from his son. He said his son is a child with empathy and gratitude, and that he always makes fatherhood worth it.

In a previous post, he shared an emotional chat with his son, in which he expressed how much he misses his father. Ninalowo promised that it would be over in a few months and that he would be with him.

On his 45th birthday, Bolanle had shared the heartwarming message he received from his son, who stayed up to celebrate him. His son crowned him the best dad in the world and stated that he would always look up to him as the man he admired forever.

The talented actor shared an interesting conversation with his daughter, in which she referred to him as both ‘father’ and ‘dad’ to make a special request. Bolanle noted how being a girl dad involves steady billing.

While showing support for Do2dtun amid his custody battle for his kids, Bolanle recalled how he had to put all he had built and achieved in Nigeria on hold to return to America and fight for his children, no matter the cost. Bolanle said his son helped him through it because he always reminded him that he saw Him.
