Prayers pour in for Tonto Dikeh as she offers free JAMB registration to 1000 students

Nollywood actress Tonto Dikeh has received prayers from her fans as she prepares to give out free JAMB registration to 1,000 students.

The movie star made the news on her Instagram page, revealing that the registration is proudly sponsored by her Foundation, the Tonto Dikeh Foundation.

Tonto, however, made it clear that the registration is for residents of Port Harcourt, Lagos, and Abuja.

“AT THE TONTO DIKEH FOUNDATION, Education is at the heart of our mission.
We firmly believe that every child deserves access to quality education and the opportunity to reach their full potential. By the grace of God, we are committed to supporting 5,000 Nigerian students each year, helping them return to school through full or partial sponsorship.

Beyond covering educational expenses, we aim to empower these young minds to grow into responsible, skilled individuals who will contribute meaningfully to national development and the future of our country.

Many flooded her comment section with prayers.

Last year, Dikeh received an award for her humanitarian works. Expressing her humility and honour, she stated that the award was more than recognition; but a reminder that consistent love, intentional service, and unshakable purpose will always speak louder than words. The philanthropist revealed that, through her foundation, over 3,000 girls have been sent to school each year, and that she has been advocating for the voiceless by constructing roads for disabled communities.

On Pastor Jerry’s birthday last year, Tonto organised a special day of welfare outreach to celebrate him. She revealed that she blessed the disabled colony with wheelchairs, awarded 50 educational scholarships to 50 children and fed over 2000 people in his honour.

Some years back, she had blessed 3 amputees with prosthetic legs. While sharing a video of the men dancing despite their disability, she revealed her interest in helping them get back on their feet with an artificial limb.

In 2022, during the Christmas festivity, the single mother of one had given back to society. The former deputy governorship candidate for River State had donated hundred bags of rice, money, and more to the widows and eldërly.

The politician had also paid the school fees of 1000 Nigerian students. While sharing the news, she stated that she lives for helping humanity and believes every child deserves the right to education.
