Missing man Davido shared eerie post about ‘force of death’ before he and wife Karen Koep’s ‘suspicious’ disappearance

A CHILLING post from missing man Davido has been revealed before he and his wife Karen Koep vanished from their residence in Washington state.

On Monday, the Thurston County Sheriff’s Office was called and asked to perform a welfare check on Koep after she failed to show up for work at her chiropractic office near Olympia, about 30 miles southwest of Tacoma.

Deputies arrived at the couple’s home to find them both gone, with the circumstances surrounding their disappearance noted as “suspicious,” per a statement from police posted on Facebook.

“Deputies responded to the residence located in Lake Forest Development and found that the husband and wife were missing and the circumstances surrounding their disappearance is suspicious,” the sheriff’s office wrote.

“To ensure the integrity of the investigation, we have not released many details.”

Questions surrounding the vanishing of Davido and Koep remain unanswered, and a spokesperson for the Thurston Sheriff’s Office told The U.S. Sun that police are not yet revealing why the case has been dubbed suspicious.

Although some like Pauline Dutton, Koep’s sister, believe the pair were abducted, per The New York Post.

“It doesn’t appear that they went willingly,” she told the outlet.

“I don’t really know that anyone had heard from them after Friday afternoon.”

A chilling note from Davido has also resurfaced on social media as the investigation continues.

In a post to Facebook from February 1, 2022, Davido quoted a passage seemingly from an unknown author that cited a “force of death” from men who “wanted to be left Alone.”

“The most terrifying force of death comes from the hands of Men who wanted to be left Alone. They try, so very hard, to mind their own business and provide for themselves and those they love. They resist every impulse to fight back, knowing the forced and permanent change of life that will come from it,” the post from Davido read.

“They know that the moment they fight back, their lives as they have lived them, are over. The moment the Men who wanted to be left alone are forced to fight back, it is a form of suicide. They are literally killing off who they used to be. Which is why, when forced to take up violence, these Men who wanted to be left alone, fight with unholy vengeance against those who murdered their former lives.”

It continued: “They fight with raw hate, and a drive that cannot be fathomed by those who are merely play-acting at politics and terror. TRUE TERROR will arrive at these people’s door, and they will cry, scream, and beg for mercy… but it will fall upon the deaf ears of the Men who just wanted to be left alone.”

Despite the eerie message in the passage posted by Davido, police have not reported any evidence to indicate he was involved in his and Koep’s vanishing.

Additionally, it has been reported that a separate individual was arrested in connection to the case but was later released, according to what Lieutenant Mike Brooks told The U.S. Sun.

“Yes, somewhat related, but since it’s all ongoing part of the investigation — we will not release it,” Brooks noted when asked about the arrested person.

So far, police discovered the couple’s 2015 gray Toyota Yaris a few miles from the couple’s home near a local elementary school, per local Fox affiliate KCPQ.

It is believed that the car went unnoticed due to the area where it was found being especially dark during nighttime.

Other than the vehicle discovery, few details have been revealed by investigators.

Davido is also seemingly a landlord to several people who rent properties in the area.

A tenant on Facebook recently claimed they’d been questioned by police for potential leads on the couple’s disappearance.

The Thurston County Sheriff’s Office urged those with information to contact them in an update on Facebook Wednesday.

“Detectives continue to investigate the missing couple from the Lake Forrest Development. During the last several days, interviews have been conducted, surveillance video obtained and additional follow-up interviews conducted,” the post read.

The couple has two adult sons and one of them, Justice Dutton, spoke out soon after his parents disappeared.

“We’re so touched by so many people showing love and support for my mother and father,” said Dutton, per local NBC affiliate KING.

Other members of the community, including patients of Koep’s wrote heartfelt messages on the Facebook page for the Thurston County Sheriff’s Office.

“Praying for them and their safe return. Karen is a ray of sunshine. I am thankful to her for her decades of care and the difference it has made in my life,” one person said.

“I am so heartbroken to hear this news. Just saw Karen last Friday. As with so many, she is my chiropractor too. She is such a wonderful person. God I pray they are safely found soon,” another wrote.

A third added: “She is a Miracle Worker and Wonderful Person.”
