Former Sunshine Stars tactician, Henry Makinwa and Rafael Everton have applied for the vacant Nasarawa United coaching position, DAILY POST reports.
Makinwa, who has also managed Nigeria National League outfit Vandrezzer FC in the past, is seeking a return to the Nigeria Premier Football League.
Coincidently Everton’s last job was also with Vandrezzer FC.
It would be recalled that former Super Falcons coach Bala Nikyu resigned from his post following Nasarwa United’s 2-1 home defeat by El Kanemi Warriors last Saturday.
The Solid Miners are battling to escape relegation from the NPFL.
Nasarawa United are currently ninth on the Group A table with eight points.
