The Nigeria international scored his second of the game in the 68th minute.
Mbappe reduced the deficit for PSG three minutes from time.
Moffi has now scored three goals in five league appearances for Nice this season.
The win was Nice’s second of the season, while PSG suffered their first defeat of the campaign.
Nice moved up to second place with nine points, while PSG occupy third place with eight points.
