ECWA Int’l Launches Mobile App to Boost Digital Outreach

The Evangelical Church Winning All (ECWA), one of Nigeria’s largest Protestant denominations, has officially launched its new International Mobile App, marking a major advancement in its efforts to embrace digital technology for global ministry and member engagement.

The launch ceremony took place today at the ECWA Women Fellowship Jos District Church Council (DCC) Conference Centre in Kerker, Jos East Local Government Area, Plateau State. The event coincided with the ongoing women’s conference, highlighting the vital role of women in the church’s mission and outreach.

The app was formally dedicated by Rev. Dr. Samuel Kadah, ECWA’s Admin and Personnel Director, who represented the church’s leadership, including Rev. Dr. Job Ayuba Bagat Mallam.

Described as a comprehensive digital marketplace, the app enables ECWA members worldwide to conveniently purchase official church publications and resources directly from their mobile devices.

Available materials include Bible study guides, fellowship manuals, Children’s Sunday School resources, and other essential Christian literature.

ESMIM Christiana Dasaro, Head of ECWA ICT, explained the strategic timing of the launch during the women’s fellowship gathering.

“This launch was purposely scheduled for this conference because of the strategic position of women in the church,” Ms. Dasaro said. “We urge them to take full advantage of this innovation and key into using the app.”

She further emphasized that the platform would help safeguard the church’s publications from unauthorized reproduction and distribution globally. Ms. Dasaro called on all ECWA members to download and adopt the app to remain closely connected, access resources seamlessly, and support the church’s digital transformation.

The introduction of the International Mobile App aligns with ECWA’s ongoing commitment to leveraging technology for evangelism, discipleship, and community building in an increasingly digital world.
