The Membership Mobilisation, Registration and Revalidation Committee (MMRRC) of the African Democratic Congress (ADC), Imo State chapter, has formally commenced operations following its official unveiling in the state.
The committee, chaired at the national level by Alhaji Kashim Ibrahim Imam and inaugurated by the national chairman of ADC, Senator David Mark, is part of a nationwide membership reform initiative.
In Imo State, the committee is chaired by Nze Law Biaduo.
According to the party, the initiative constitutes a central component of the party’s institutional reform framework designed to strengthen grassroots structures, standardise membership records and position the party for effective participation in the 2027 general elections.
At the event, the Imo State ADC chairman, Prof James Okoroma, described the establishment of the committee by the national leadership as a deliberate and structured intervention aimed at expanding the party’s membership base and consolidating its grassroots presence.
In his remarks, the ADC national vice chairman (South East), Sir Bon Unachukwu, formally unveiled the committee in Imo State and commended Senator Mark and Alhaji Kashim Ibrahim for initiating the nationwide exercise.
Members of the committee include Nze Law Biaduo – chairman, Hon. Barrister Chisom Dominic – deputy chairman, Chief (Barr) Mrs Ngozi Njoku – secretary, Arc. Magnus Chilaka – member, Hon. Barrister Kanayo Nwankwo – member, Hon. Austin Rogers Nwoke – member, Hon. Kenneth Akunnakwe – member, Nze Kennedy Chukwuonye – member, Lolo Ihuoma Njoku – member, Mr. Iyk Okeoma – member, among others.
