Actor Kunle Remi has expressed sadness over the worsening insecurity in the country, urging Nigerians not to become desensitised to human suffering.

In an emotional message shared online, the actor asked people to remember families and children currently displaced by violence and insecurity, noting that many are forced to sleep in forests under harsh and frightening conditions.
He spoke about parents living in fear and mothers struggling helplessly to protect their children amid the crisis.
Kunle Remi also questioned why political campaigns and election activities continue as though everything is normal despite the tragedies happening across the country.
He criticised the growing tendency of society to move on quickly from painful incidents without sustained empathy or outrage.
The actor concluded by warning against becoming emotionally numb to violence and suffering, saying Nigerians must never become so accustomed to tragedy that they stop feeling compassion for victims.
