Before their fight, Portable had charged Carter N10 million to be on his Live stream. Portable claimed that God told him not to give people his glory for free anymore and promised that if Carter yields to his demand, he would do anything he wants and show him love.

Portable said he holds no grudge or ill feelings toward the socialite but was looking for ways to make more money. Making his monetary terms known, he added that he would fight Davido’s best friend for N100 million.

Portable gained widespread popularity after the release of his song “Zazu Zeh” in December 2021, where he featured rapper, singer, and songwriter Olamide and dancer Iwe Pascal, better known as Poco Lee.
