Bayelsa police arrest suspected serial k!ller linked to m8rder of Ebonyi traditional ruler, councillor and two others

The Bayelsa State Police Command has arrested a suspected serial k!ller who was declared wanted in Ebonyi St ate for multiple m8rders.

The State Commissioner of Police, CP Iyamah Daniel Edebor, disclosed this on Monday, April 26, 2026 while briefing newsmen in his office.

According to the CP, the suspect led a gang responsible for the k!lling of CSO Sunday Osule, Hon. Ifeanyi Odah (a serving councillor), Peter Ogenyi a.k.a. Omega, and a traditional ruler, HRH Eze Douglas. 

“The Crack Squad, Ebonyi State Command, which had earlier declared him wanted, has been duly notified. Investigation is ongoing,” the CP added.
