Nollywood actress Rosy Meurer seems to be confirming that her marriage to her colleague’s ex-husband, Olakunle Churchill, has crashed.

The movie star, who has been keeping a low profile after her drama over Churchill’s reconciliation with Tonto Dikeh, shared a video on Instagram reintroducing herself without her wedding ring or her husband’s name.

She apologised to her fans for keeping them in the dark and for her absence. Rosy noted that time can either make or break one; however, it built her, and now she is back and ready to give everything and play every character.

“Hi, I am Rosy Meurer. They say time away can make or break you; for me, it built me. I know I disappeared, and I am sorry. I’m truly sorry for the silence and absence, but in all of this, I didn’t stop becoming. But now I am back, and I am ready to give you everything I have. I am ready to play every character.

Hours ago, her ex, Churchill, shared a cryptic post about prioritising his kids above anyone. He vowed to pick his kids over anyone or anything.

In a previous post, he had shared a video of his first daughter and his son with Tonto Dikeh enjoying sibling time together in Abuja. Churchill expressed pride in watching them love each other the way they do, with a connection that feels natural and effortless.

Kemi Filani noticed that the couple had unfollowed each other on Instagram.

Blogger, Linda Ikeji claimed that Rosy had filed for dissolution of marriage to Churchill.

The couple married in 2022 after his failed marriage to Tonto Dikeh, and they have two children, a boy and a girl.

Recall that in January, Churchill’s ex-wife, Tonto Dikeh shocked many when she extended an olive branch to her ex-husband, Churchill. She revealed that after ten years of public battles, deep wounds, broken communication, bitterness, and pain, God stepped in.

Breaking his silence, Churchill said he was pleasantly surprised when he received a call from his son, King Andre, for the first time. Churchill said hearing him call “Daddy” was deeply touching and a reminder that what God can’t do doesn’t exist. The businessman expressed gratitude to Tonto, calling her the amazing mother of his son for doing a good job.

In February, Tonto and Churchill reunited to celebrate their son as he turned 10. The former couple threw him a big bash which had in attendance Obi Cubana, Zack Peju, Rita Edochie, Uche Elendu, Empress Njamah, singer Teni, and others.

Refreshing your memory, Tonto got married to Churchill in 2015, but like most marriages, it ended after two years.
