During an episode of the Who’s In The House podcast, he explained that Gen Z artists often hesitate to promote their work on their personal accounts. According to the label boss, many creators prioritize the look of their profiles over the visibility of their music.
This difference in opinion frequently leads to friction between the executive and his team.
“I fight with my artists all the time because of their reluctance to post their muscat contents on their social media pages. I’m also fighting with my niece, who is into entertainment, for the same issue.”

He mentioned that even successful stars like Ayra Starr sometimes struggle with the pressure of self-promotion.
“I don’t know who told GenZ that it is not okay to post your work excessive on social media. They want to keep a clean page and don’t want to post or promote themselves. Especially Ayra Starr, who will tell me it’s imposter syndrome.”
The executive concluded by encouraging all artists to use every chance they have to show their work to the world online.
