2027 Assembly Race: Ijumu ADC Leaders Boost MOY’s Aspiration

Leaders of the African Democratic Congress (ADC) in Ijumu local government area have expressed strong confidence in Hon. Musa Olumayowa Yakubu (MOY), describing him as a loyal and committed party member with the capacity to represent the people of Ijumu well in the Kogi State House of Assembly come 2027.

This was made known during a courtesy visit by MOY to Senator Dino Melaye in Abuja on Sunday.

The visit has in attendance the Kogi State ADC Secretary, Hon. S.O. Adeleye, alongside other party faithful.

Speaking during the meeting, MOY formally shared his intention to contest for the KSHA seat and assured party leaders of his commitment to quality representation and service to the people.

In his response, Senator Dino Melaye expressed confidence in his aspiration. He noted that MOY’s track record and the positive feedback from people speak strongly in his favour, adding that he has the support of both himself and the ADC structure in Ijumu.

For many present, it was more than just a meeting. It was a moment of hope, a sign that the future of Ijumu is in safe hands.
